Scope, eligibility, and acceptance
By placing an order, accepting a proposal, booking a service, or accessing a paid deliverable, you confirm that you can enter the transaction and accept the terms in effect at that time. You must provide accurate contact, billing, project, and eligibility information.
Prices, quotes, taxes, and payment
Prices, currency, deliverables, schedule, revisions, dependencies, and payment milestones are those shown at checkout or in the accepted proposal. Taxes and third-party costs are added only when disclosed or legally required.
Available payment methods depend on configuration and location and may include Stripe, Google Pay through Stripe, PayPal, MonCash, or an approved off-platform payment. Providers apply their own terms. An order is not paid until the provider or an authorized review confirms it. Exchange-rate displays are estimates unless the checkout states a fixed settlement amount.
Digital products and delivery
Digital products are delivered through the order recovery and download flow after confirmed payment. Download limits, file type, compatibility, version, update policy, support, refund summary, and license summary shown on the product page form part of the order.
You are responsible for checking requirements and keeping a lawful backup after download. Personalized documents are generated from order information; you must verify that personalization details are accurate before submitting them. Access may be paused while a missing or defective file is investigated.
Licences and intellectual property
Unless a product page states otherwise, a digital purchase grants one purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share download access, remove rights notices, or use the product to create a competing asset.
Ownership and usage rights for custom work are defined in the accepted proposal. No ownership transfers before full payment unless that proposal expressly states otherwise. Pre-existing tools, code, methods, fonts, stock assets, and third-party materials remain subject to their existing rights and licences.
Services, bookings, and client responsibilities
Service availability and booking times are not guaranteed until the required proposal acceptance or deposit is confirmed. Times may be shown in the client’s selected timezone while operational records are maintained consistently by the service.
You must provide timely content, access, decisions, approvals, and lawful materials. Delays or scope changes caused by missing inputs may change the schedule and price. Work outside the accepted scope requires written agreement.
Cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes
Downloaded, accessed, or personalized digital products are normally non-refundable except where the file is materially defective, the product page promises otherwise, or applicable law requires a remedy. Contact support first so a replacement or correction can be attempted.
For services, completed work, reserved time, non-recoverable costs, and agreed deposits may remain payable after cancellation. Any specific cancellation or rescheduling policy in an accepted proposal controls. Fraudulent chargebacks, false payment evidence, or misuse of download access may result in suspension while preserving mandatory consumer rights.
Affiliates and promotions
Affiliate participation requires approval and compliance with disclosed referral rules. Self-referrals, misleading claims, spam, cookie manipulation, unauthorized paid-keyword use, and deceptive promotion are prohibited. Commissions arise only on eligible completed orders and may be reversed for refunds, fraud, or invalid referrals.
Warranties and liability
Products and services are provided with reasonable professional care, but no specific commercial result, uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility, or error-free operation is guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for a claim connected to a transaction is limited to the amount paid for that transaction. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Suspension, changes, and disputes
Access may be suspended for non-payment, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach. Terms may change for future transactions; the version accepted for an existing order remains applicable to that order.
The parties should first attempt a good-faith resolution through the published support channel. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction determined by applicable law remain unaffected.
